I bought a Nissan 240sx and it has a stage 5 clutch in it. Now that was my first manual car so I'm not familiar with feelings and all that. But my clutch pedal doesn't just come with my foot, when I gradually let it up. It is kind of, I don't know, "sticky", if you want to call it that.
Is this normal?
Yesterday my car barely started on a cold, cold day. The battery was 4 years old, so I had it replaced.
The battery that Halfords initially said would fit my Nissan Micra (2000, 1.3L engine) had the wrong size terminals, so they switched to a different battery.
This evening when driving the windshield wipers started slowing down... a lot. The fastest speed wasn't even as fast as the regular speed usually is. The lights were fine (internal and external). I stopped for a while. The car re-started fine, and then the wipers seemed fine, though I only used them a very little bit.
What could be the problem?
Could it be a battery that's not quite right for the car?
instead of getting the yellow top optima battery could i get a duralast you see the yellow top optima has 750 cold cranking amps (870 cranking amps) and the duralast im looking at is 875 cold cranking amps and (1000 cranking amps) can i use the duralast instead? and get this the yellow top optima is $201.99 and the duralast is 91.99 so which should i get????
Hi. I have a Automatic 2007 GT and im going to buy the kenne bell big bore 2.6l twin screw supercharger in a few days. I was wondering when it gets to my house were is somewhere good to take it to have it instaled.Does the dealership install things like that? 2nd after i get it put on what else should i do to it?
The battery was bad and I had to jump it few times but now when I turn the car on it goes off after 1 or 2 seconds. I have got a new battery and filled the tank.I've called volkswagon dealer and they told me it cost 500 dollors to fix it which I don't have. I guess there is something wrong with the key and some electronic part. Does anybody know what else I can do? Thanks.
I have a 2003 Civic that has recently (past two days) been making rattling noises when the car is stopped. If I hit the breaks, no noise, but if I'm stopped at a light it'll get increasingly louder. I've check all my fluids and my air filter, and everything is in good shape. I don't need to take my car in for an oil or oil filter change for another 1000mi. What could it be?
