My father recently bought a Spear-gun (Harpoon-gun) on a American web-site on the internet. When it arrived into dublin (ireland) the costumes ceased it because its illegal here but the police say that if he has a licence for it he can get the guns........But where do i get a spear-gun licence in ireland? And would i have a better chance of getting a spear-gun if i was to order one from the uk?

well long story short i like flat shapped googles (my sister lost them without my permission) so i had to buy a new pair(which was cheap but it was TYR)

for swim teams do i need to wear the TYR kind of style or can i wear a flat surfaced lens pair of googles like:

Thanks. Also when i do a flip turn i forgot how to flip correctly. When i flip i go really far under water after i made the flip. Tips?
45mins in the mornings 5days a week and about 2 hours afternoon also 5 days a week? is it enough for body to recover from workouts?
i can pick mornings or afternoons or both.

Hi my name is dave
am 16 and a sophmore am really skinny when i startedf high school
so i joined water polo and it made me pretty kind of rip, but still its just becuz i was skinny before
so over the summer i went to weight room and work out bout 1-2 hours a day 5 days a week
most on biceps and tricep
i think the weight was 27.5kg maybe am wrong but thats max i can do per hand on the dumbbells
so my trycep has grown little bigger but its not ripped like the others have
so i need to know how and a faster way to work your bicep to make it look ripped and strong
and abs too
plus everyday after waterpolo practice i feel very tierd and the next day we swim again my arm muscles just kind of hurts and am gets tierd easy
maybe i need to relax more but how i got practice everyday 5:30 in the moring and afternoon tell 5:30pm
and i go home i need to eat and do HW
i am feelin i dont have enough rest
need help guyz! plz help!
