Im a huge free market guy but something has to be done about these corrupt pharmaceutical companies that destroy any evidence of any kind of cure

"Actually I just cured Muscular dystrophy, but I'm trying to spread it over a 30 year treatment, a straight up cure would only bring a 30 billion windfall"
I roll it around in my head constantly and I hate the idea of handing anything over to the government, (It might be worse because then the government gets the greatest control system in history)
