I bought a used 99 jetta and the radio is set to safe mode. I know that you're supposed to have the code or whatever but I don't know how to find it. I don't have the manual either. Thanks for any help.
I have a VW bus, but it doesn't have any rear seats. So i've been looking for some bench seats, but haven't gotten ANY luck. Does anyone know where i can find some seats?

I need to replace the headlight bulb for my left headlight. I am not sure if it is a GLS or a GLX, what is the easiest way to tell?
Does that even matter? I never bought headlight bulbs before and they make it so confusing with all these different types.
Also, is changing the bulb easy enough to do? Are there any good guides online?
I have a 2001 VW Jetta with the Monsoon sound system. I would like to install an aftermarket headunit,but I have heard that in removing the factory headunit,the VW dealer can no longer use VAG-COM (diagnostic system) on my car.Apparently VAG-COM works through the headunit? Is anyone familiar with this system and couldnt I just re-install the factory headunit,if I needed to?
