when i closed the door in my house the cat slid by and i accidently slammed the door on his tail and the tip came off. I heard cats will be fine, but should I take him to the vet? hes not even bleeding but im not sure if we should take him or not.
how could i get my cat to stop biting me WITH OUT hurting her, she is a kitten i think, born in april, and will not stop bitting me ~~!!! how can i stop this??
He is a very sweet, declawed cat, but has started biting/scratching (ruining) my wicker furniture, and also chewing up my frazee carpet. At night i shut him in his "bedroom" (with food & literbox, but away from my bedroom because of his constant meowing/desire to sleep on my head) and he has absolutely ruined my new carpet under the door to get out of the room. Is there anything i can spray on furniture/carpet so he won't want to taste it anymore? I'm afraid he's going to ruin my house!
My 15wk old female domestic kitten is not getting along WHATSOEVER with my 2 year old female Siamese. At first, the Siamese was hissing at the kitten but yesterday the kitten chased my Siamese upstairs and tried to bite her. The cats first met on Wednesday and the Siamese is very stressed. She hisses at you if you smell at all like the kitten and normally she is an extremely docile cat. If I do not get the two cats to accept each other in two weeks, I have to give the kitten away. Can you please help me?
My cat is pregnant and i think she has like 2 or 2 and a half months how long before she has her babies?? and are there any special tratings i have to give her?
Where should i get a kitten. I would like a kitten that is young and healthy. I got my fisrt cat from Petco and he was very sick so i hadto pay a lot of money to make him better. Where should i go to try to avoid getting a sick cat?
My cat is 17 years old and the vet said that she has lost teeth and has tarter and that she needs to drink lots of water and that we need to switch her from dry food to canned food so that she gets more water. He said that the tarter can get into her blood stream and cause kidney dissease. He said that her getting more water will help flush out the tarter better. My question is is switching her to canned food enough?? I mean should we buy her something that is made to help control tarter?? What about my other cat?? Hes 3 should we also buy him something made to control tarter?? Thanks!!
