Do ALL baby monitors produce static throughout the day?

Asked By: Anonymous
I had a basic Safety First baby monitor. I think it cost all of $18 USD. Every night it would go through these spasms of 10 minutes of nothing except static. I would unplug everything that did not need to be plugged in to help stop it but it didn't. The other day I bought a Fisher-price Lights & Sounds baby monitor for about $ 40 USD. It seems to be working well but it ALSO produces a TON of static. I have tried it on both channels...still goes through spasms. Has this happened to anyone else? Or is there something with the electrical system in my apartment?

Weight loss and breastfeeding?

Asked By: Anonymous
I have been breastfeeding for 4 weeks and I've only noticed a little weight loss and I have been eating normally. I have heard that it sometimes takes a month or so until the pounds start coming off faster.. I was wondering what your experiences were when it came to weight loss and breastfeeding?

Anyone know where I can find the NH laws about what can go on the birth certificate?

Asked By: kaseysospacey
Im 18 and my fiancee wont be 18 until jan 10th and someone told me that our baby(wh is supposed to be here already!) that because he is a minor he wont be able to be on the birth certificate or have his name be our sons last name. I want to know if this is true and how long we can wait to file for the birth certificate if it is so, because we would rather wait the month and a half and file with him as an adult and save the pain of having our sons name changed afer we get married in the spring!

Ok 1 more question...My daughter is 18 days old and she is drinking about 2 ounces each feeding......?

Asked By: Anonymous
What are your babies eating at this stage. My baby was born a little small, 5 pounds and 5 ounces. She now weighs about 6 pounds. I feed her typically every 2-3 hours and it is usually 2 ounces. I am thinking about feeding her 3 ounces at a time now. Just wondering what you all are feeding your baby's right now. How many ounces per feeding and how often?

thank you for advice on the colic/acid reflux!?

Asked By: bluenaketat
I called doctor and gave her the symptoms and she gave her a prescription for baby Zantac to diagnose/treat her, if it works it was reflux, it not, it's colic, but taking it won't hurt her either way.
