Moms of breastfed babies, I would like to know what you eat everyday?

Asked By: Anonymous
This question is for you moms of breatfed babies out there whose babies are gaining weight well. I wanna know what you all really eat and drink everyday, how much of each and how often. How old your baby is. No answer from moms on a diet to lose weight please and please don't give me advices on what I should be eating either because I already have a chart of what I should eat, I just want to know what you eat that's all.

How can I treat my 2 month olds Eczema?

Asked By: momof3
My husband had really bad eczema when he was a baby. This is my 3rd child and now it seems as though he is the one to get this bad eczema. I tried Eucerin itch cream because he always rubs his head back and forth like it itches him. He has this scarring on his forehead and back of his neck and on his arms and legs. Any other suggestions?

3 month old falling asleep during night feedings, up every 2 hours......help!?

Asked By: toad38350
Hi! I have a healthy 3 month old little boy who weighs 13 pounds and is 23 inches long. He eats around 6 ounces every 3 to 4 hours and sleeps normally during the day with a morning and afternoon nap and a short evening nap before bedtime. We put him down about 9:30 each night and he sleeps for his first stretch until around 1:30 or 2am. We wait to get him up until he is really crying and then when we give him a bottle he falls asleep after eating only about 2 or 3 ounces. This puts us in a crazy cycle of getting up every 2 hours....again he is crying and eating his hand and obviously hungry but only eats a couple ounces before he falls asleep. I know that if he would eat more he would stay asleep for a longer stretch of time. I can deal with the no sleep, I know it will pass but I feel bad knowing that he is constantly hungry during the night. If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated!!! Thanks!!!

Vitamins for breastfed baby?

Asked By: Louise C
My son had his 4 month app yesterday. 151/2 lbs and growing perfectly! He is breastfed and bottle fed but only has breast milk. The DR mentioned giving him vitamins to reinforce his vitamin D intake since he is mixed (African / Caucasian). This was never mentioned before and he is 4 months already! The DR made it seem like it was optional. Is it? I am confused with this since when I asked before they told me it wasn't necessary? Please advise! Thank you.

so bc i have a baby I'm obligated to watch others'dogs?/!!?

Asked By: Anonymous
I feel guilty bc my boyfriend the father of our 6-week-old daughter put me on a guilt trip bc he brought this puppy from downstairs, an adorable chihuahua, bc his owners left him "by mistake" for the second time (weird I know). so now my bf brings the dog up to me and says for me to watch it, and they the owners are not even there! He has pawned off the dog to me b4, when the owners mistakenly left him, and they came back 4 him just as i was about to say yes. well my bf wanted me to "puppy sit' that dog again and though he's adorable, it puts me on the spot, and bc I dont know those neighbors that well only he does (the guy is actually his 'long lost' second cousin) I feel uncomfortable watching their dog without their permission, even if they left him by mistake. wouldnt you feel put on the spot too? My bf said "what you're not doing anything else besides taking care of our baby" as if that makes me obligated to watch some1 else's dog?!! wouldn't you feel put on the spot too? so I told him no I felt uncomfortable watching their dog without their permission even if they aren't the most responsible pet owners. I don't want it 2 seem like I'm trying to steal their dog. wouldn't you feel put on the spot too or was I mean to not watch that poor puppy?

How can I get my baby to sleep longer?

Asked By: Anonymous
My baby is 11 months and he sleeps through the night, but the problem is, that he is up at 6:00 every morning. If I try to keep him up later, he just gets up EARLIER! His routine right now, is 8:00 bedtime, up at 6:00. I would love to have him go to bed at 9:00 and get up at 7:00, but if I put him to bed at 9:00, he's up at 5:30.

HELP! Breast feeding question!?

Asked By: ☆K-K-Kayla☆
I just had my baby on saturday. I wanted to breast feed him, but I couldn't get anything to come out. I tried to manually get something out, but all I got was like 3 drops. Yesterday, I could slowly feel them swelling and now they are super hard and sore! I tried using a breast pump, but again, still nothing but sore nipples. My son won't keep sucking b/c he doesn't get anything out. Any suggestions?
