What would it be ike if two hurricanes collided together?

Asked By: Certified Storm Spotter SKYWARN
Would their wind speeds add up along with the water? Ex. one hurricane is 75 m.p.h winds and the other is 115 m.p.h. winds. Would that make a hurricane with 190 m.p.h winds? I heard Tropical storm Gustav and hurricane Hanna are supposed to intersect each other. That would make a good hurricane video.
