There have been two times in around a months time that I woke up with a sharp back pain on my right side I'd say toward the middle. Its constant then after around 10 minutes it fades away and I can sleep again. Anyone know what this might be?
I had reconstructive ACL surgery when I was 18. I am now 30 & getting back into shape on a walk to run program, I am 3 weeks in & was doing well. The last couple of days I have had an abnormal amount of swelling & pain mostly in the ACL knee but a little in the other as well. Can anyone relate to this issue &/or offer me suggestions how to continue fitness without further injuring my knee? Thank you!
New braces. HELP!!?
I just got my braces about 7 hours ago. They hurt like heck. What can I do to stop the pain? What foods should I stay away from and what foods can I eat? Thanks!
I fell off my horse six months ago. I got knocked off by a metal bar and landed directly on my lower back on the gravel, hard. Since then, I've had back problems. My back will go into spasm for no apparent reason, to the point where my posture is affected and it's difficult to sit down. There's good and bad days but there's always an underlying stiffness and soreness, rubbing the muscles is always painful. If I work the muscles at all, then my back definately gets stressed out and I pay for it.
I went to the doctor, and he said since I was only sixteen years old, xrays are too risky because I might want kids someday. He gave me robaxicet, which does a decent job of relaxing my back for a bit-- but it's stiff again as soon as the medicine wears off, and within a few days, it's back into spasm. I don't want to keep covering up the problem.. I need advice as to what to do.
I often get these stabbing pains in my feet and hands(fingers) the are painful but only last for a few minutes. It is exactly like Trigeminal neuralgia but in other parts (not face). Please help.
Yesterday was my friend's birthday party. It was a swimming party so we played alot of fun games. We also played "Chicken Wrestling" (you all probably know that, when two people go on two other people's backs and then they carry them to the other team then the two people have to wrestle until one falls off) so yeah, we played Chicken Wrestling and I carried my friend on my back for a lot of rounds and now today my back is really sore. I have a Slender Shaper which burns fat and also massages and so I put it on my back, it releaved some tension, but my back is still really sore. How do I make it stop?
Im 15 years old, and for about the last five days I have had a strange pain in the right side of my head much like the pain from a headache. The pain is right behind my right eye. Any idea what this may be? Could it be a brain tumor?
