Ya u can use 'local group" if u wanna tray that in ur server for trainig.
Go to the Administrative tools, active directory, usrs and coputers

group is users container that allow network administrator to easy apply permission or give spesfic prevellege mean easy of managment for users inside on group.
in windows 2003 server there are 3 type of group with windows network, local group, global group and security-universal group.
all this groups work within network domains and each group has spesfic feature with one domain or cross multi-domain in windows network.
