What doI do so that I don't get signed off the Yahoo home page every time I open Messenger w/ a different name

I automatically signs me out of the Yahoo home page with internet explorer every time I star up the Yahoo messenger, with another account. Seems like the IE and the Messenger talk to each other, how can I change that?
