dealer Joe's low fat straight forward yogurt with a sprint lemon salt and pepper is what I used interior the previous, regardless of the shown fact that the proper meals Canola Mayonnaise is extremely good and lots decrease in fat/energy. I somewhat have extensively utilized lite ranch dressing as against Mayo in my tuna salad, on my sandwiches, and such. the two way, parts are what you should be watching. do no longer think of that merely because you're using a decrease fat/caloric merchandise you are able to slather it on... each and every little thing moderately! good success!

Low fat mayo is your best bet. Nothing else would taste right in tuna fish.

Vegenaise. It actually tastes as good if not better then mayonnaise and its good for you. My Dr. recommended it. I like it and I'm no where near being a health nut. Look for it in the refridgerated section of your local store or a health food store.

Silken tofu, which is smooth and creamy, can be used in place of cream in soups or as a substitute for mayonnaise or sour cream in salad dressings and dip.
