Dark spot between my teeth.?
I have recently noticed a blackish spot between my front two teeth. I've floshed and it doesnt go away, I have wires in the back and the black spot is at the same height. Is this a cavity? I have an appointment with the dentist on Thursday so I guess Ill find out then.

If it doesn't hurt, it's probably not a cavity. I have a dark spot on one of my teeth. I asked the dentist what it was and he said that it was a spot to keep watching, but was not a cavity. It causes me no pain and hasn't grown in the two years since I've noticed it.

It may be a shadow from the wires, but only an x-ray and a dentist can tell for sure.
