probably Hit F11 or
right click on the screen anywhere to bring up a menu or
registry problem: turn off computer and open in safe mode with command prompt, type these 2 commands:
regsvr32 /i shell32.dll (then hit enter)
regsvr32 /i browseui.dll (then hit enter)
exit (then hit enter)
then restart computer normally
