Authentic showgirl doll?

Hi all, I have an doll made in 1979 and i want to find out a bit more about it and where i can get one the same. it has hard plastic limbs and looks alot like a vintage barbie doll. The dress was hand crafted by a former dancer 'whose engagements include: The palladium, in london England, the riverside Hotel in Reno Nevada and the desertinn Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada' or so it says in the tag. On the base that holds the doll up right it says in gold letters around the side 'Fabulous Las Vegas' and on the bottom it says copywright 1979 and made in las vegas. More importantl;y on the front of the tage attached to her arm is says 'Authentic Showgirl doll, A collectable souvenir by Fiona originals. I hope someone can help me because i want to pass a collection like this onto my children but so far this 1 item isnt really a collection. I have checked ebay Australia, ebay usa and ebay uk.

It sounds like this would be a souvenir doll that was locally made so it would be rather limited in numbers. I doubt that they would turn up very often on ebay, but it's been my experience that everything shows up eventually. I would save a search for Fiona Originals and Showgirl Doll and wait for ebay to email you when one is listed. Don't forget to check ebay stores too. I just checked and found these... http://cgi.ebay.com/1979-FIONA-ORIGINALS-FABULOUS-LAS-VEGAS-DOLL-SHOWGIRL_W0QQitemZ300077823609QQihZ020QQcategoryZ36549QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem http://cgi.ebay.com/Fabulous-Las-Vegas-Show-Girl-Vintage-Yr-1979-Fiona_W0QQitemZ150083004988QQihZ005QQcategoryZ66535QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem

There is no such thing as a haunted doll. Ghosts are not real.
