Is dry mucus over a three week period normal?

My nose seems to be plugged by dry mucus. I don't know if it's due to the weather or if it's something serious. I live in Southern California, so currently we have been having weird weather. So I go to the doctor or just not worry?

You may have dried nasal passages due to weather. Go buy a bottle of saline nose spray (safe and you can use it as frequently as needed). It restores moisture and should break up the dry mucous.
