You have to get a wide variety of ab exercises so that your ab muscles never get used to one movement. Here is the ab workout I used to get my 6-pack. I've modified it for a beginner but as soon as you feel you can do it, then increase the amount of sets and reps by 1 for the sets and 10 for the reps. And then if you feel that's easy do each workout twice through. Day 1. 1. One plank for 1 minute 2. 3 sets/25 reps of reverse crunches 3. 3 sets/15 reps of Hip Ups or leg raises 4. 4 sets/40 reps of bicycles (Remember to go SLOW!!) 5. 3 sets/25reps of vertical crunches 6. 3 sets/25 reps of ball crunches Day 2. 1. 3 sets/30 second hold of planks 2. 3 sets/35 reps of floor wipers 3. 3 sets/35 reps of seated twists 4. 3 sets/30 reps of long arm crunches 5. 3 sets/35 reps of ball twist crunches 6. 3 sets/ 40 reps of bicycle crunches Just keep alternating the days that you do the workouts, so Monday-workout 1, Tuesday-workout 2 etc... Remember to get a low cal diet, as you also need a low body fat percentage to see abs "popping" and get lots of protein and water.

The ONLY way to get a visible six pack is to strip the layer of fat which is covering the abs. Get your body fat to 11-13% and you will see well defined abs, competitive bodybuilders get to below 8% to have a very shredded look. So focus on a clean diet, protein, healthy fats, minimal carbs, vegetables, legumes are OK. Cardio, weights.

hey whats up. ok just by getting a 6 pack doesnt just come from excercise you have to chang your diet. If you do that and do only stomach excercises , then you should get a movies stars abs

sitt ups like 60 a day five days a week and make it a routine like dothem always on the same days and do the things where u sit on your butt with your legs out (together) then bring them in to your chest then out to the first position then open then repeat
