Creatine isn't really necessary to take in supplement form when going to the gym regularly. Muscle milk is a pretty good protein, however it does have artificial flavors and sweeteners (sucralose). The same company that makes Muscle Milk, makes a natural version, called muscle milk naturals. I think it tastes better, but I also like that it doesn't have artificial sweeteners or flavors. I suggest that he asks his gym to order that product, if they don't have it already, or get another protein himself without anything artificial. Jay Robb's protein is another good brand. Look for proteins sweetened with stevia or lo han, rather than sucralose or aspartame.
When strenuous exercise is involved it's important to add more protein to the diet. But you want to make sure it's a good one.
I hope this helps.

i'd get a high quality whey protein mixture, upload a serving of creatine, and non fat milk. i've got taken and conventional a number of people who've taken creatine without damaging edge effects. this is over the direction on and rancid for over 5 years. i'd persist with the pronounced dosage, cycle on and rancid, additionally drink a large number of water. i've got not heard something damaging occurring simply by creatine in case you persist with the pronounced dosage. actually I purely considered a 10-15% improve in potential jointly as taking creatine this is not any longer that drastic a minimum of with me. subsequently a large number of the time after a workout consultation I drink a protein shake without creatine. i'd wait taking creatine when you end becoming. just to be on the secure edge.

Creatine, which ,my husband takes and recently did a lot of reading about, saturates your muscles and allows your muscles to work out longer and harder. Other than that it will also make your muscles retain water. Creatine is really great because sometimes you really need those extra sets to get to where you want to get. Muscle milk is just a protein shake. It is full of protein and it also tastes delicious, which is hard to find in a protein shake. My husband recommends both of them if your father wants to obtain a musclular physique.
Protein is extremely important if your father wants to have that physique. He really should take protein supplements if nothing else.

well to be honest i take both of these....creatine will pack on muscle and size while muscle milk provides the body with protein and vitamins. i would recommend taking both because they work great together if trying to pack on some muscle for more info go to www.cytosports.com for info on muscle milk. if you take creatine be sure you have a high water intake beacause it will dehydrate you if you don't consume enough water....hope this helps you guys out
