It depends on his interests and where you live. Could you maybe set up a weekly day to take him out to dinner. It's so cute to see Grandparents get all dressed-up and happy to go an a family date.
Maybe start a project with him like a painting project what you can do on say Fridays or something like that.
Ask and LISTEN to stories of his childhood and of the younger years with your Grandma. Record it. It would be a weekly thing and then you'd have something to remember when he's waiting for you in heaven.
Give him something to look forward to at least two days out of the week. Does he like gardening? Maybe all of you can plant a garden, nothing fancy just to share time.

Well the best thing to do is jst spend time w/him.... talk to him .. find out things that hes done in all the years hes been living.... fnd out things like how they met . jst talk to him... I got to spend time w/my Grandma b4 she pstawy frm cancer we talkd alot and she told me that she loved when we sat and talkd..... I found out alot frm her and and now i really feel like i knew her for her.......
