It is definately possible, seeing that males can acheive an erection from birth. However, it is not as likely that he penetrated deep enough to break her hymen; an intact hymen is usually a sign of virginity. Other people have had experiences like this, and it is not as rare as some may think. Humans are very sexual beings from the get go. Especially males, who are more easily stimulated.

I don't think that's possible. Her vagina wouldn't be big enough, and his penis wouldn't be able to erect. And I highly doubt that a little 7 yr old girl would find a hole in her crotch and automatically know what it's meant for... I wouldn't believe her if I were you, that just doesn't sound right.
