Yes, you can find Torrent downloads on the Internet. Try searching " GAME HERE xbox download ". Then you need to burn them to a DVD which for most games for the 360 needs a 8.7 GB DVD-DISC

No, unless you're into modding, and if you mod your Xbox 360 in any way, you're out of Xbox Live for good, and the Xbox Marketplace as well.

yes they sell it in stores its called xbox live arcade unplugged, its about $20
