Did you not take any classes in curriculum development? One's class should never be longer then 1 hour, then with a short brake. By braking up the class 4 times you can spread your material out and give you time to work one on one with your students. i.e. you give a drill or small project to complete in class (one you have just taught or demonstrated. Then you can go around the room and provide individual help. You should have a handle on who is having trouble by now and give more challenging problems that keep the quicker students busy as you help the others. It is work, that is why they call it a job.

Another possibility is to block the internet if it is not needed for your class. If the internet is required, you can configure it so that only certain pages are accessible (you can set which pages are accessible by going to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Choose Trusted Sites/Restricted Sites This way, you don't have to violate any privacy laws which may be applicable in your state.

logmein is not what you want! What you want to do is contact your system administrator and ask them if there is such software on the system, and if not, suggest they find some.
