Would Condi Rice be where she is today if she did not speak standard American English? Obviously jive talk has
no place in being successful. Most blacks could succeed if they had a reasonable education, and spoke like Condi Rice. Crying "Racism" will get you nowhere, but standard American English will take you far whatever your color.
