Aspirin is a anti platelet medicine. It can hinder the clotting process of wounds. When taken in excess it can shut down your liver. Causing permanent damage to your Liver, ie; Hepatitis. It is a great drug when used in moderation. * People with bleeding disorders should not use this drug do to it's blood thining capabilities!

Yes! Aspirin is an anticoagulant (blood-thinner); that's why persons with high blood pressure and those who have had heart attacks take a small amount each day. If you take too much, it can cause SEVERE internal bleeding; if it's bad enough you can bleed out internally and die.

You would have to take an awful lot of it but it is possible to overdose on it. You could also have an allergic reaction to it. It's also harmful (not sure if deadly) if mixed with other drugs, such as mixing aspirin and acetaminophen.
