not sure what "heals/water" means. If you're talking about those pesky water bumps that seem to spread, here's what I used to do with those. I'd steralize a needle with alcohol first and I'd burst the bubbles and make them flat. Then I'd either use rubbing alcohol on my hands, or neosporine, or clorox bleach (be very careful not to splash andy of those into your eyes or near your eyes). Wait a few minutes and then rinse that off. Put on a pair of gloves for overnight. Either of those items will take cre of the problem. Be sure to re-steralize the needle with rubbing alcohol.

I didn't quite understand your question, did you burn your hands??or what is causes the blisters? TRY ANY ALOE? It can really help most situations . YOU MIGHT NEED TO CONSULT WITH DR. if you can't get to healing! hope you feel better!!
