i heard about it, is there such a thing?

Tonic Water fluoresces under ultraviolet light due to the quinine in it. There used to be a miss held belief that it was the gin that fluoresced and that is maybe where you are coming from, but that was only because until good vodka became readily available the only clear spirit mixed with Tonic Water was gin.

I'm working on it. I'm in the process of trying to find a distiller. There is no real drink in the bottle on the market.
