i wear a size 00s at ae. my measurements are: waist 22" hips 33". i'm 5'0 & 102 lbs

Well American Eagle runs small, I'm a 6 their and a 3 at A&Fso I would just get a 00..you can always return it.

I'm an 8 at AE and an 8 at A&F. I don't know why your friends sizes are so different. I would go with the OO.

You should probably try on a size 4 and if they are too big, then you could always give them away to a friend.
