Knock it off. I saw your picture on the other posts! Fantome go look at yourself in the mirror. Do you really see yourself in such a bad "light"? You should use moisturizer. But stop being so harsh on yourself!! You are a good looking man! Maybe shave but you're far from being the "ugly" you portray yourself to be! And if you're overweight start walking out in that sunshine, baby. (btw, I am with you about living close to the beach in a warm climate). I have been where you are at. But you have got to PLEASE stop beating yourself up. Hasn't enough people done this in your life already? You are replaying the "recording" you have made of what they told you while you were young (believe me they are the worst recordings - and seem to take dynamite to eradicate them). But really, go record a new one. It is from me. "You are wonderful in all ways even all the way to your crooked finger (?)" I bet you can do something a little unique and different then other people can do with theirs. Now, everytime you want to replay the old recording play mine instead. Okay?

While there's nothing you can really do for past damage to your skin(besides botox or cosmetic surgery), you can make it look better and protect it from further damage. You can start by using a basic skin care system: cream cleanser, moisturizer, and a weekly moisturizing mask. You can use a toner but make sure it's alcohol-free and for sensitive skin. Your thirties are prime time to build your skin tissue and prevent future aging. Hope this helps! Remember moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!

You are a great candidate to try Arbonne NutriMinC RE9 system for men. I has a scrub, toner, shave gel and moisturizer. I can provide you a free sample if you want to try it.
