No. Orange ladybugs are not even ladybugs at all, but asian beetle bugs. They were imported from asia to get rid of a certain type of bug that was eating farmers crops. They have since completely wiped out that bug and have nothing to eat, so they will lightly bite whatever they land on (including you) and leave a very nasty smell in their wake. It's just because they're trying to find something to eat in place of their usual diet. They're a nuisance and they stink. I wish we could just import them back to where they belong.

No, they're Japanese Beetles, and they bite, but they're not poisonous to humans.
