80% of weight loss occurs in the kitchen. You really gotta change your diet. Get it down to 1200 to 1400 calories per day, and then burn 500 calories per day with exercise. You will probably need to step it up to 45 minutes or more to burn that full 500 calories...but you can work your way up to it. I was able to drop 20 pounds in 2 months going like that, but I wasnt overweight, but I was getting close to it. Remember that every mile on the treadmill is about 100 calories. Doesnt matter how fast you go...1 mile always = 100 calories. (although its nice to be done with your 5 miles in 40 minutes than to be done with it in 90 minutes as it gives you more time to do whatever.) But really focus on the eatting first cause even if you miss a few days of exercise, the eatting right will still let you lose some weight.

For the treadmill, set it at the maximum incline and walk at a fast pace, like 3.9 or 4.0 miles per hour. You'll burn more calories doing that than you will running on a flat incline. Do situps and crunches using your big ball. The ab lounge is a joke - throw it away.

I think you should be working on your mindset first. go to: How to lose 2 pounds a week? <--http://www.healthylifeday.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=207&Itemid=62 I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy. You see, we are what we are today because of our past... our past actions.. these actions are decided by our decisions in what to eat and whether to exercise lead and they lead us to having this figure today.. These decisions come from your mindsets. Now, suppose I do teach you how to lose the weight and you do lose it.. but if your mindsets and decisions are the same.. and so your actions are the same. So you would continue to eat as you did, sleep as you did and ta da! After three months, you probably will not maintian your weight loss but instead go back to square one.. dun you agree? ;) So it is impt to get your mindsets right first. Before you start any weight loss program, here are some questions you might like to think about to prepare your mindset for weight loss: 1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time. 2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons) 3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible) 4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible) 5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years? 6) Then when do I want to take action? Some solutions I can offer you for diet: Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class... go to for more..:the link:<--http://www.healthylifeday.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=207&Itemid=62
