Weight Gain?

I really desperately want to gain some weight. I just don’t feel womanly I feel like I still have the body of a kid. I want to be more curvaceous but at the same time I don’t want to just down junk food to see results. Does anyone know what kind of healthy/nutritional foods that would help me put on some weight?

I will gladly give you some of mine. >^,,^< I've struggled with being too heavy most of my life, it seems if you try to diet, it's easy to gain. First of all, are you still depressed? Sometimes depression keeps you from eating even the right foods. Unless you come from a family who is very skinny, I think you will eventually start filling out. That's just how it happens. I'd say enjoy how you are now. Clothes makers these days are very creative and can help with lots of different size and types of women. Don't rely on a magazine, go out and try the stuff on. I'm still willing to give you my weight.

If you wanna gain weight, junk food is not the best way. Protein. Meat stuff. And I'm a kid, but I like my body!

listen i'm sure you dont need to gain weight, people oughtnt to worry so much about their weight. we certainly shoudlnt judge others, even of whether they are " healthy" or not, is not for us to decide. and if you eat a blanced diet, then youre healthy. dont mess with a good thing. looking like a kid is cool, except if yorue trying to get drinks in bars LOL

Eat a whole bunch of donuts, ice cream, and nuts. Eat it as much as possible. Make a pig of yourself on things that you like. And they sell weight gainer powder to make shakes with at GNC. I don't know if it works but it has like 2000 calories per shake.

Eat foods with lots of transfats. The more foods have transfats, the more weight you will lose. Warning: While these may be good for gaining weight, once you put that weight on, it will be harder to lose.

If you really want to know, I can tell you. Wild and brown rice - lots of it, Dark green vegetables - lots of it, Carrots, ...if you want meat, eat fish, chicken and beef liver (not chicken liver unless you just want to), try to avoid red meats, try not to eat too much bread with yeast in it, pita bread, corn tortillias, cantelope and apricots have most of the vitamins and nutrients your body needs. Exercise and get plenty of sleep. You do not have to work out, just exercise.

that's very easy, many people are worried because they're gaining weight. just always eat your favourite foods. love food. like meats, veggetables, soups, and fruits. always see to it that you'll eat healthy food. you don't wanna gain too much weight don't you?

Hi ...if you eat a balanced diet, and i mean well balanced diet your body will grow to it's proper size. My girl has a tiny body and she is quite happy with it. You look great don't worry so much just eat good normal food and normal meals and you'll be fine

i have the same problem as you!! maybe you have a really fast matabolism, and if so you need to eat more calories. Avacados, meat, vegetables, fruits and nuts are all good and healthy solutions.

GNC has protein shakes for gaining weight and snack bars too.... just ask whoever is working there and they will be too happy to help ya out!!!!
