Does caramel skin look bad with golden blonde hair? *pic* OPEN!!!?

It's not bad, it's just a matter of how you do it, the girl in the photo, although a pretty girl needs to get her hair toned. It's really orange looking and needs more depth. If it was less brassy and a little bit ashy it would be a lot better with her skintone. If you are not sure about going lighter try some light blond and medium brown highlights, then keep adding more and more blond until you get rid of the dark brown all together. If you've already gone blond and gotten that orange color, try coloring it again with the bleach and tone with a ashy blond color. Good luck! It's best to go to a professional, and be sure you condition often because if not your hair is really going to dry out, get course and you'll have a lot of breakage.

I agree you should get a golden brown, not blonde. Blonde would be too close to your skin color.

Is dependent on the person. I have jet black hair and it looks excellent on me, and I have buddies with blonde hair that looks excellent on them.

yes.. your skin tone shouldn't match your hair color.. some girls at school do this and it looks kinda bad. but if you really that color how about getting high lights?
