Try this first. If you did your taxes online through the H R Block website you should have a sign in name and password. Go to the website and attempt to sign in. If you cannot recall your sign in info then look for a link to contact them. Write an email or find a toll-free phone #. You should be able to get your information through them. I have no idea what the process is to get your tax info from the IRS. Hopefully, using your SS# and other data you should be able to get the forms through HR Block. Good Luck. PS I am sure that next time you do your taxes you will print out the forms as recommended on the site. Keep in a file specifically for use when you do your application for student aid.

You should have printed it out after you sent it. Usually it gives you the option. If you still have your w2 forms you could try to recreate your tax info. The forms are on the irs website. www.irs.gov

If you neglected to select the option to print it at the time of filing, you can call them at their toll free number & request a copy.
