You're basically performing an ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) to find out if the three group means are the same or differ.(Run 1, 2 , and 3). You'll have to find a computer program (package or a powerful calculator) to perform all of the calculations. The source has an example.

ANOVA stands for Analysis of Variance. It's used to determine the effect of factors in experiments. Basically, it tests, to see if the variance once a factor has been applied is the same as that beforehand. Personally I use R to do this sort of thing: www.r-project.org. I can't really say much more without more specific information about what you are trying to test though.
