Does University of Southern California (USC) look at high school grades and test scores for transfer students?

Or is their transfer admits strictly based on how well you did at your two years at a community college? Also, how sure are you of your answer?

It's strictly how you do at the 2-year. Although I still think they take "require?" transcripts. Look into the TAG program.. it's a transfer agreement guarentee for transfer students who keep a high GPA "Like 2.9 to be eligible" and follow their major's guide correctly.
