Yeah. All the Jonas Brothers said in an interview that if they were dating anyone they'd keep it private so they aren't gonna tell anyone.
Believe it or not, and i don't care if you don't believe it but i know it's true, a friend of mine was talking to Jman's (Jordan Francis who was in camp rock) mom and even she confirmed that they were dating.

Last week, the Jonas Brothers were interviewed by E!News and Nick explicitly stated that he and Selena aren't dating.
On the E!News on Aug. 5th, the Jonas Brothers were on Ryan Seacrest's radio show and he asked Nick the question. Nick said that "anyone's lucky to date her", so it's ambiguous.
However, E!News did point out that in a quote by Selena Gomez, she said "I told a guy I on a date that 'I don't kiss on the first date.' and he said 'I never really play by the rules.' "
Then, they also compared it to a quote by Nick Jonas: "A girl I was on a date with said, 'I don't kiss on the first date.' and I said, 'I never really play by the rules.' "
E!News is pretty legit at reporting entertainment news, so you tell me if there're dating. ^_~ They didn't even knew they've accidently "admitted" it. They just haven't made an official statement to the public, yet.
