what can i mix with Metamucil

i just bought some (the unflavored kind) an i put it in water an some diet coke an the both tatse horrible, can i put it in food also?

Yes you can put it in food. Try it in spaghetti sauce and in dips like hummus. I put my fiber in yogurt.

why would u want to put food in it? i just put water stir it and drink it. you can put ice if u like. or get the flavored kind next time.
