did i eat good today?..or to much?

how many calores did i intake todayy the whole day........ 1 apple 1 peach 1 mango 3 bowels or salad, one pepper, one tomateo, 1 onion 1 bowel of baked ziti half slice of pizza 1 ice cream stick 3 lollipops and... 4 oz of andrulis cheese i also swam for aleast 20 mintues todayyy... how many calories would all this add up to in one day??? thankk you! :)

From years of calorie counting I can guesstimate fairly well.Most apple sized fruit(medium) run about 60-110 cal a piece depending on the sugar content.Salad veggies are so low in sugar that they are almost uncountable.With no dressings or additions a large salad will only cost you about 200 if mostly lettuce or spinach.How big of a bowl of pasta?Say cooked ziti runs about 150 a cup,say a small soup bowl runs 3 cups.Pizza is a killer.Incredible salt levels.Dominoes runs 750 a medium sized slice with single toppings.A chocolate ice cream bar runs about 300.Suckers run about 75 a piece,depending.But the highest single calorie intake was from the cheese.The cheese in my fridge runs 110 an ounce.for a grand total of approx.2300 kcals minus about 300 kcals for constant swimming at a nonprofessional level depending on your weight and fitness level.2000 kcals is about normal for an average woman,withing the range.I would say that your nutritional balance was off though.Your fat is a little high and your protein pretty low and you could up your non fibrous carbs a bit.I prefer legumes(beans and such)over pasta.You get a low fat food with really good percentages of protein and carbs as well as mucho vitamins and minerals.I usually go for no fat yoghurt over cheese too.All in All you did better than most.

30 Minutes of exercise, I am told, equates to about 150/200 calories It sure does seem you ate well. Hard to tell number of calories without knowing quantities in a more specific form(i.e. 8 oz of salad?) How big was that bowl of ziti? sauce was marinara or with meat? Get my drift? Your age, height, level of DAILY activity (for example, did you swim only today or do you always swim or do some form of exercise that gets your heart rate up there). Are you a healthy person? The age and size are important because we need more calories the younger we are. I know my kids/grandkids can eat all you described and more and stay thin and in shape. If I ate the pasta, pizza, ice cream, I would weigh ten more pounds tonight! If you want to really find out how you are eating, there are several websites that can help you. Only use the reputable ones. For example, PREVENTION magazine has a place you can log in for free and keep a private diary of your meals/goals/etc...and give you the detail you want in your question.
