Do we have to get rid of our pets for a NEW no pet policy?

My family owns a (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double wide) mobile home in a mobile home park. We've lived here for 15 years. Now the mobile home park owners gave us a letters saying that we are "violating Rule V which states ... no cats or dogs..." and that we have to get rid of the pets in 3 days "to avoid legal action". We've had the pets since we moved in 15 years ago. We don't want to get rid of them, but we don't want to sell our home right now either. What can they do legally? Any suggestions for us?

They can evict you legally, it doesn't matter how long you have been there if you are breaking their rules, although it doesn't make much sense why now, are they new owners or maby a neighbor complained, try talking to the owners and see if they are reasonable, otherwise its the home or the dogs

Do you have a written agreement from 15 years ago? If so, what does that say about pets? If it doesn't mention or says that you can have them and doesn't have effective dates, such as, this lease ends in a years and then you are month to month, you may be able to keep your pets.
