I work in Cardiology....and symptoms vary. My dad has had 4...and the first time he did he felt flu like symptoms...his jaw hurt and shoulder....he dropped at work and went into cardiac arrest...no chest pain. Then the 2nd he had that same feeling and they caught it in time. The 3rd and 4th he actually felt chest pain, sick to his stomach and dizzy. If at anytime anybody you know, or yourself have chest pains...call 911. That is the one mistake people make is driving somebody to the hospital while having heart attack symptoms...there have been about 20 patients, that a loved one said they drove them...and the patient didn't make it. Always take any cardiac symptoms seriously, because that is the one organ you cannot live with out.

That is a difficult answer Sometimes, there are no outward signs and it is something that comes on suddenly. Other times, there is any or multiples of the following symptoms, to name a few radiating pain in the left arm, shortness of breath dizziness Nausea pressure on the chest palpitations There are several types of heart failure so there will be varying symptoms If you want to know more, you can visit your EMT's in town and discuss it with professionals. Sorry there are no difinitive answers

each person is different. some say they are having hard time breathing and then sometimes they are dizzy and sick to stomach and throw up there are some that hurt their left arm and i have haeard cramps do this and sometimes you dont' even know this is called silent heart attack and its not known what it happened but it did happen to my hubby. there is no sure fire way but when they are sick and not really themselves call the ambulance and have them there cause its oxygen that can help save them. never ever try to attempt to take someone yourself to the hosp no matter how clsoe you live its oxygen you need and that is imparative.

Ive been told i had many, which is odd, i thought people would die on those, but i had all the symptoms, yet i just comptely ignored it. The only thing i noticed is if you get numbness in your upper body, the most common cases are numbness in the right arm
