does facebook cause a LOT of drama?

my mom won't let me get one and i REALLY want one. but the only reason i want it is because of the "flairs" application. i think it's really cool and i love things like that. my mom says it causes a lot of drama and people she knows says it does too. but my friends that cause drama sometimes don't have one. so i mean, i'm not gonna get mad at anyone because of it. i really need to know if it really does cause drama.

I've never had any drama, nor known anyone else too. My mom doesn't really like that I have one, but I use it to keep in touch with friends who have gone off to college or moved away. I use the maximum amount of privacy possible, so only my friends can see my profile or know anything about me Tell your mom about the privacy options and it may change her mind.

First off, how old are you ? Usually only college and now high school students should get one. And yes it causes a lot of drama. Too much.

Facebook is nice for people 20yo and up as it main purpose it to get in touch with peoples you have seen for years... Tons of users abuses from it and "Flame" other user by posting insults on their profiles, posting modified pictures and so forth... I really doesn't worth it... Using MSN is WAY enough without you sharing all your personal info and risking to get your identity stolen just to be in touch with people you don't care about!
