go to start go to ur user accounts u should a list of pics maybe for change pic cancel that then when u cancel u should see something that says change pass , remove pass or putt a pss click remove pass and just remove it

short answer, no
any server based version of windows should ALWAYS go to a logon screen.
now, a home version, like xp, that is different
