drink water, eat food (bread) whatever really, take a hot shower, then take a nap and sleep for the day it wont go away til the next day usually but you never know you'll feel better after you wake up from your nap! hope you feel better!!

Look, I'm not gonna say "that's why you shouldn't smoke", blahdeblah. But after having a mother who's had 4 strokes and 1 heart attack purely due to her heavy smoking habit, I think I have a right to comment. My view on social smoking is that it's the worst kind. You're not addicted yet, so all your doing is playing with fire. It'll get you eventually, and once you're hooked, bam. I don't get why someone would be okay with something so damaging taking such a hold over their life. It makes people very boring, tedious people when every 10 minutes they're itching to get outside for their 13th *** break of the day. "I know it's because I don't have much of a tolerance for nicotine..." Why do you want it in your body then? Your body isn't stupid, it rejects stuff for a reason. Your body would reject poison if you drank some. So why would you even try? I have read your question, and I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but I'm giving my 2 cents anyway. As a daughter who's almost lost her mother to this "little habit" 5 times now, I guess I feel it's my duty. Happy puffing.

Mangosteen is a potent cure. But the best cure for hangover is taken BEFORE you start feeling bad. Just drink lots of OJ while boozing. Then follow the "16 gulps rule" by which you force yourself before bed to take 16 gulps of water from the tap, no questions, no argument.

Drink alot of water and juice as you are dehydrated from the alcohol. Ginger ale is good.
If you feel like throwing up maybe it's what you should do. You'll feel better afterwards.

the first girl is right about the ginger, its one of the only natural stomach sedatave.
This is what I do, get some good ginger ale, broth soup, and decent bread. Eat that as soon as you think youll be able to stomach it.

sometimes throwing up will make you feel better. Eat some bland foods like plain bread or toast, saltine crackers, and Drink plenty of water.

If you have any ginger you can cut it up and pour hot water over it. It is the heat that releases the ingredient that helps with motion sickness and well hangovers. It works.
