How can I stop sleeping with?

my hands underneath, I wake up with numb arms

Separate them from your body with light weights such as pillows, or restrain them somehow.

Tie them to your bed post. But, that could result in losing your arms. Hmmmm.....Maybe you can get a rock or a cat or some heavy thing to sleep on your stomach and have your hands like a mummy. and then, they wouldn't be underneath. I don't know, i'm sorry, I wish i could have helped more.

I recommend lying on your back with your hands resting on your stomach. Your fingers should be intersecting each other and should be resting on top of your stomach in a comfortable position. Then when you are ready to sleep, just close your eyes and move your feet at the ankle (like you are rotating them) until you fall asleep.

Try laying on your sides instead- your arms won't be numb and it shouldn't feel that awkward since you're barely switching positions.
