Maybe if the public would be better prepared of purchasing items ahead of time.. instead of putting off and going in on the holiday to pick up stuff. It's the public that wants everything open all the time, but then it's the people that work at these places complaining about working during holidays. Years ago, the companies respected the employees and gave them the holidays off. Now a days, the companies respect what their customers want.... NO HOLIDAYS OFF.
I do love the fact that HOBBY LOBBY is closed Sundays, giving their employees at least one consistant day off. In the being I was upset because I went to Hobby Lobby on a Sunday. I realize, it is ME that just needs to adjust her schedule. I applaud Hobby Lobby for the day off.

Our Wal-Mart Supercenters are all closed on Christmas Day so employees can spend the day with their families. I believe they worked limited hours last year on Thanksgiving, open until 2 pm or something like that. Most grocery stores do this on Thanksgiving day so people can do any last minute "emergency" shopping they need to do in order to prepare a meal for their families.
