removal of piled up trash from tenants?

i have an judgement for eviction . even thru he has until the 7th of nov. before the sheriff will remove them . i like to know if somehow i can go there to remove the pile of trash in big glad bags (about 15-20) now instead of waiting til he is comepletly out

You, as the landlord, must stay completely away...until the sheriff removes them......if you know the date....call and get things delivered as soon as they are out. (like those commercial trash bins....so you can clean it fast and furiously).. If you approach the property....it could be considered harassment, and they could complain to the Judge....don't risk it....

As already stated, just wait until they have been officially removed. Once they are gone. Either put it to the curb if the garbage men will take it or pay someone to remove it and deduct it from their deposit, if there is any left.
