Are you sure you guys are siblings because im seeing one person is a boy and the same person wearing a dress in the right. Get light highlight thats cool. Am i right?

You do look somewhat like him. Oddly enough, that's about how much my brother and I look alike.
As for color hi-lights, it seems like you have a fair skin tone, so I would stick with a warm shade. Maybe something like a caramel blonde, since it's going to be winter soon, I wouldn't do a bright blonde because it would seem unnatural.

maybe if you had your eyebrows waxed so they appear more feminine, my best friend has dark facial hair and before her wedding we asked the beautician to wax her eyebrows and upper lip. her feelings were hurt at first but she looks great and keeps it up now. she was pretty to begin with but now shes Hot.....warm carmel highlights.
