Why do you view Atheists as evil?

It's not just atheists you know. They view people from every other religion as evil as well.

Weakness of faith!! It simply comes down to the inability to cope with the thought others think differently and may be correct!! On the other hand since viewing atheists as evil actually drives people away from hearing the word of god and even drives good people from the church rather than mingle with such nasty and mean spirited people - perhaps they are trying to keep christianity just for themselves!! Either way it just illustrates how nasty and intolerant Christianity is becoming!!

Evil = morally incorrect or undesirable "the position do undesirable such issues as mendacity, stealing, killing come from? how do they develop?" you're shifting into behavioral biology right here. Sorry ... I don't view anyone as evil unless they believe in following Christ and are not forgiving and are judgmental. Atheists can pray to any God they want! It's their right. And if they wish to pray to the Un-God, that's OK too. I like Un-Cola. I blame all the existence of Atheists on all the Religious Hatred that is rampant. Who would want to believe in God if all the members of a religion were prejudiced or judgmental? I view evil people as evil. I have to know you to determine this about an individual. Atheists are people too.

I don't view Atheists as evil. I view them as people who don't believe in God. Satan is evil and he can have an influence on many people.

i don't think that it is seen as evil but more misunderstood . like i my self am wiken and every 1 judges me by that but no 1 can tell me what a wiken is unless i tell them so not evil misjudged

I don't consider them Evil. I consider them deluded. To be a proper Atheist, you have to BELIEVE that there is no God. That takes more Faith than I'm capable of. I'm willing to suspend judgement pending further developments. Fundamentalists, on the other hand, are EVIL. And they must also believe that there is no God. Otherwise, they'd be a lot more careful of how they treat people.
