no caller id on my LG voyager!!!?

i just got a voyager last weekend, and so far everything has been fine-except the stupid CALLER ID! no matter what i do, EVERYONE who calls me shows up as "no id", even if they are in my contacts! what do i do? it's really annoying and inconvenient cuz i screen my calls, but the people i actually want to talk to never leave messages

I would call Verizons Tech support department. Sometimes when you get a new phone the caller id doesnt automatically provision on the new phone like it should. Thats normally a quick fix.
