Like Sonnet Like Oatmeal
(The Quick 2-Minute Kind)
Let me not to the union of true chefs
Omit ingredients. Oats are not Oats
Flavouring flour of flour bereft,
Nor fading in mix within muse of coat:
O no ! they are hiding so - tastefully.
Dancing shy beneath a cinnamon rain;
Cuddling coy sun-kists fancifully,
Beckoning to Wal’s, halved stoic in vain.
Then tumble do they turn in twisted time,
Sifted swirling in sands sweetened awhile,
Such tendering - reposed to texture fine,
Peaceful their destiny tea-spooned pile.
“ Ha Ha Ha” did the bitter-sweet chef sing
– cookies will you become at the ding……Ding !”.

Hi. Dallas. Very descriptive poem. A stunning piece! Most of us do go this route it's in the human nature, I try not to make my anger over power me. I like how this poem rolled down to the very end so smoothly and effectually . Well done. Anger at lies lasts forever. Anger at truth can't last
