Guinea pig help please?

Would it hurt to use mite shampoo just in case instead of using normal shampoo on my guinea pig? I justdon't want her to get mites Thanks :)

I had a guinea pig and I gotta say thats really not a good idea. I think it's better buying a guinea pig shampoo and get the one that gets rid of mites.

Unless you know she has mites, do not use it for regular washes.
